Home Buyer Workshops
Our Home Buyer Workshops are free. These four-hour workshops are split into two nights or days.
These workshops are often a requirement to participate in Down Payment/Closing Cost Assistance
Programs, Savers Clubs and First-Time Home Buyer Mortgages. This workshop is approved by and
fulfills the education requirements of HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the Federal Home Loan Bank
