Housing Assistance Payments

   This secure on-line system enables Sec. 8 landlords to verify
   that the correct HAP payments have been deposited into their
   bank account. The easy-to-use site will allow you to review
   payments anytime from any computer from as far back as 18 
   months ago. To access your account, follow these easy steps:

1. Go to (or click this link now) www.hapcheck.com.

2. Enter your Tax ID. This is the Taxpayer ID or Social Security number you provided to Belmont.

     3. Enter the password number previously provided to
          you by Belmont. If you don't remember yours, contact
          Donna Minkiewicz: (716) 884-2358 Ext. 115/TDD 711.

     4. Click “Log in.” Once you've accessed the system, you'll
          be given the opportunity to choose a new password.
          Please keep in mind that if you do change your pass-
          word number, no one at Belmont will know your new
          number and will not be able to look it up for you if
          you forget it. So be sure that you record it in a safe,
