Moderate Rehabilitation Program

There are a limited number of "Mod Rehab" apartments sprinkled around Erie County.  These apartments have rental assistance "attached" to them which allows the person or family leasing the unit to pay just an affordable portion of the rent.

Several of these apartments usually become available each month and, when they do, we do our very best to let you know about the opportunity.
