Belmont Housing Resources for WNY is recruiting for the following position:
MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
Summary of Duties:
Duties include cleaning, painting, maintaining grounds and assisting maintenance technicians for apartment complexes in the Buffalo area.
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or GED equivalent plus 1-3 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Skills/Requirements:
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
