Work is now complete on a new children's recreation
area created by Belmont for the residents of its Town
Homes at Shawnee Landing in Wheatfield. After eagerly
watching the construction, excited young residents have
wasted no time and have already begun enjoying the
new playground.

Installed adjacent to the property's centrally-located
Community Building, the playspace is a nearly $23,000
investment featuring age-appropriate equipment including
swings, slides and climbing structures. It's also designed
with sections designated to be used separately by children
under and over age 5.
