The Julianna Apartments — located at 505 Abbott Road in South Buffalo — will welcome the community to an Open House on Wednesday, October 13th, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.

According to Site Manager Cindi Beyer, guests will be able to tour the building, which offers comfortable, affordable studio and one-bedroom apartments for seniors age 62 and up and adults who have a disability regardless of their age.

She adds that refreshments will be served and that Julianna Apartments residents will also be on hand to personally answer visitors' questions about the 32-unit complex.

"We're anxious for the community to see our recently-redecorated building's fresh, new look," says Beyer, "and to discover how much we have to offer." She notes that the complex, which is both pet-friendly and smoke-free, provides residents with a wide range of amenities.

These include kitchen appliances, a covered patio area, 24/7 emergency repairs, well-lighted off-street parking and the convenience of being located on a public transportation route and close to area businesses and services.
