Belmont recently received a grant for our Individual Development Account program which provides a 4 to 1 match for savings.  There are currently 97 savers in our IDA program, all of whom are within the 200% of the poverty level.  Our IDA participants have saved more than $92,000, purchased 36 homes, started 4 small businesses and created more than $3milion worth of asset building in Western New York!
