Belmont Housing Resources for WNY has released its 2010-2011 Annual Review.  Belmont is proud to report that we manage over $73.1 million in assets, have a 98.6% or higher utilization rate for all programs, achieved 98% occupancy in our managed properties, leverage an annual average of $10 million in affordable housing development funds, administer $10.2 million worth of community development programs and we earned the rating "High Performer" in HUD's annual Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) certifications for Erie County and the City of Tonawanda.
