You are invited to attend a special information and training session on Fannie Mae’s HomeReady and HomeStyle Renovation loan products on Thursday October 19, starting at 10 AM until noon. The presentation will include detailed information on the HomeReady 97% loan product and the single close HomeStyle Renovation product which permits financing the costs of home improvements in the mortgage. In addition, we will cover the HomeStyle Energy Loan for energy efficient improvements and also discuss recent changes to Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter. Raymond Leech, Senior Business Manager, at Fannie Mae will be making the presentation and questions are encouraged. Please RSVP as soon as you can as seats are limited.
