The property provides for one, two and three bedroom units with accommodations for family living including a community room, storage units, onsite laundry and a playground facility. The project was constructed and financed through the use of federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal Home Loan Bank of NY financing, NYS Housing Trust Fund Corporation financing and funding through the New York State Empire State Development Corporation.
