Key to Healthy Homes Initiative
Our team at Belmont Housing is excited to announce a new partnership with the KeyBank Foundation: the Key to Healthy Homes Initiative. In support of their commitment to community development and investment in our region, KeyBank has awarded Belmont a generous $750,000 grant to help residents on Buffalo’s East Side make vital home repairs.
This funding will provide critical financial support to homeowners seeking to improve the condition of their homes—ensuring healthier living environments and helping families afford and maintain their homes for the long term.

Uncertain prospects for rent subsidies
