Summary of Duties:

This individual will plan, organize and coordinate on-site delivery of services for residents in Belmont’s managed properties.  They will also establish links to community agencies and service providers to enhance the quality of life for residents in the community.  They will investigate problems of the community and of individuals disadvantaged because of income, age, or other economic personal disabilities.


This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:

MSW preferred or Master’s Degree in other related field (i.e. gerontology, mental health, or counseling) and one to two years related experience working with senior citizens and/or adults with physical disabilities.  A Bachelor’s degree in related field will be considered with four years related experience.


This is a very client-centered position requiring a compassionate nonjudgmental individual who is comfortable making decisions and taking initiative.  This individual should also possess strong verbal, writing, organizational and time management skills.
